One of the things I love about being a mobile notary – apart from meeting new people every day – is that I help that person get to the next stage of their life. A new driver buys their first car and needs the bill of sale transaction notarized; a borrower is signing for a loan for a new house, or perhaps I’m acting as an authorized representative for a Work at Home company for their new employees. The excitement they feel to start their new journey is tangible!

Nevertheless, as mobile notaries, we’re only sometimes there for the good things and the landmark events. For example, I recently had to notarize a separation agreement for a young couple, a beautiful couple with the most adorable son. They were amenable and familiar with each other; however, here they were on the road to getting a divorce. Being a happily married woman of nearly twenty years, I wanted to grab them and shake them and tell them, “don’t do it! Whatever the problem, you can work it out!” but of course, I didn’t. I couldn’t. I’m not there to pass judgment or give advice on their personal lives. I’m there to notarize their document. With a sad heart, however, I did what I was there to do.

Why You Need A Mobile Notary

So, let’s talk about why you may need a mobile notary one day. In a word, convenience! Your bank may provide a similar service, but you have to travel to them, and you have to get there between 8.00am and 4.30pm (opening times vary) and wait ten minutes for an associate to assist you. Your local UPS may offer specific services, but they are always busy. Have you noticed that?

Our role is to validate your identification and ensure each document is signed, dated, and initialed correctly. With every client, we make sure we get it right the first time, so you can get back to living your life or running your business. Our goal is to provide convenient, professional, and “personalized” notary services.

Our services include:

  • Affidavits
  • Lease Agreements
  • Power of Attorneys
  • Grant Deeds
  • Living Wills
  • Last Will and testaments
  • Advanced Health Directives
  • Vehicle title transfers
  • Mortgage loan documents
  • I9 employment verifications, and much more.

Convenient, Professional, and Personalized Notary Services

As the name suggests, the mobile notary comes to you at a mutually convenient time and a location convenient to you. For Power of Attorney documents, the person needing the notarizations may be bedridden in a hospital or nursing home – yes, we’ll do the notary there too. Or the transaction may involve multiple people, and it’s more convenient to meet at your home or the local Starbucks at 7:00pm once everyone has finished work – yes, we’ll go there too. Or you don’t feel like leaving the house – that’s right, we’ll meet you there too!

There are many scenarios where a mobile notary can help you get to the next stage of your life – and that’s why we’re here. If you would like to know more, please feel free to CONTACT US.
